Instructions
  1. Remove the core of the tomato
  2. Cut a small cross on the opposite end of the core
  3. Drop the tomato into boiling water for 10-15 seconds
  4. Plunge into iced water
  5. Peel and remove the skin
  6. Cut in half between the core and crosscut
  7. Remove and discard all seeds
  8. Cut and dice the tomato flesh into 1cm square
