An Easy Mushroom and Prosciutto Ravioli – Video

The Perfect Dinner party starter!

Looking for a really easy and cheap way to impress your next dinner party guests?

This easy to follow video will get you there.

I do a little cheating, just to make life easier; I use Wonton wrappers instead of pasta, but hey, its Gluten free :-)

This simple dish of mushroom and prosciutto ravioli is a great entree or light lunch, the key is in the butter and you must heat it to that nuttiness stage. But the Raviolli its self is very simple and fun to make. Even the kids can help.

Here is one of my old, and semi humorous videos, so enjoy. And don’t take it too seriously, its about fun!
